Our story

A personal welcome from Kim Pate

2nd To None Cabin Rentals began in 2010, when Kim Pate purchased her first Smokies cabin as a place for her family to stay and a home she could share with visitors. That first cabin soon grew into a collection of cabins and condos for couples, families and groups. Kim remains personally involved in preparing each property for arrival, helping guests feel comfortable and answering the questions that make a trip easier. Her goal is simple: to give every guest a welcoming home away from home in the Smokies.
